As a mom, not being able to help your child feel better is heartbreaking. After quite a rough night & full day of sickness, we spent our Friday night with the kind staff at immediate care. From beginning to end, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. There are times in life when you encounter somebody performing their job & you just know they’re doing exactly what they’re called to do. It’s not just a job. It’s not just about a paycheck. That was exactly how I felt after my daughter was treated by J. Cutshall. He was kind, thorough, efficient, & knowledgeable. He listened to me and addressed my concerns. Most of all, he met us in our time of need & offered compassionate care to my daughter and me. He spoke directly to her. Explaining what she needed to do to feel better & validated that she’s been a pretty sick little girl. He made her feel comfortable and seen. My daughter tends to be quiet in such situations. For the first time ever in a medial office, she asked questions directly to her provider & felt comfortable doing so. When we left she even commented that he was really nice to her. Thank you! In a time when working in the world of healthcare seems impossible, you made a difference. You SAW us & treated us as with the upmost kindness. I hope we don’t have to come back soon, but if we need help again, I know where we will be going.
