What is Harbin Clinic’s current mask policy?

Our policies around masking are designed to protect the health of our community. Our current mask policy strongly encourages masks for all patients and guests. Masks are required for patients who have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or for those who have symptoms of COVID-19. Signs and symptoms can include fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue muscle aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nasal congestion or rhinorrhea, vomiting or diarrhea, and skin rashes.

Why do I receive a phone call before my appointment?

All patients receive a reminder phone call within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment. We do this for a few reasons. Your health is important to us. We want to make sure you are staying healthy, and sometimes we can all use a reminder in our busy lives. By placing a reminder call to you before the appointment, we are able to anticipate the number of patients we will have arriving the next day. Should you not be able to keep your appointment time, we are able to offer your originally scheduled time to other patients who are also waiting to be seen.
