Treatment
How many treatments do I need?
The patient will receive three treatments that are scheduled one to two weeks apart. There will be an additional follow up appointment that will be discussed with you and your physician.
WHO WILL BE PERFORMING THIS PROCEDURE?
Dr. Vallecilla is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed both her residency and internship at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. V has been practicing at Harbin Clinic since 2008.
THE ULTRA FEMME 360™ PROCESS
The Ultra Femme 360™ contains a 360° disposable tip that is inserted inside the vaginal canal by the physician. After insertion, your physician will move the applicator alongside the whole length of the vaginal canal using slow repeating motion forward (towards cervix) and backward (towards introitus). Depending on areas that are treated, the treatment typically lasts eight minutes.
Ultra Femme 360™ allows patients the ability to address the area or areas of concern to them. They can opt to treat the vaginal canal, labia, or both. Treatment of the labia and vagina can be done consecutively during the same treatment time.
A water based gel is first applied to the skin of the labia area and the radio frequency energy is delivered in pulses as the hand piece is moved across the area. For the vagina a special adapter is used to treat the entire vaginal canal. There is no pain or irritation during the procedure, only a warming sensation.
Recovery
There is no down time for the Ultra Femme 360™ procedure. You can return to your normal activities immediately after the procedure.
