Throughout our organization, our employees serve on and volunteer their time to a variety of civic organizations and associations that align with the mission of Harbin Clinic.

Our commitment to the wellness of every person in Northwest Georgia is resolute, and we believe in demonstrating complete care with our support on every level. We volunteer our time and give financial support to many organizations and causes throughout the region.

Here are some highlights:

Through corporate sponsorships with Northwest Georgia Cancer Coalition, Summit Quest and Cancer Navigators, Harbin Clinic supports cancer patients from all socioeconomic backgrounds to get resources after receiving a diagnosis. This includes funding for transportation, education and nutrition. In October, our Breast Cancer Awareness month campaign raised over $6,0000 specifically earmarked for uninsured women to get mammograms at Cartersville Imaging free of charge.

Harbin Clinic partners with Advocates for Children, the Exchange Club Family Resource Center and Polk Family Connection throughout Child Abuse Prevention Month to raise awareness about their available resources to caregivers and families. Harbin Clinic Pediatrics offices held diaper drives that donated directly to these organizations.

Harbin Clinic was a proud supporter and partner of the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) in Rome and the NAMI Georgia Walk.

Harbin Clinic was thrilled to have two physicians participate in the 2023 Rome Celebrity Dance Challenge benefitting the Sexual Assault Center of Northwest Georgia.

Through our Harbin holiday campaign in 2023, we donated over 700 pounds of food to the Northwest Georgia Hunger Ministries and their Backpack Buddies Program. Additionally, our management team provided over $800 in gift cards to the Rome YMCA.

Harbin Clinic and The YMCA of Rome and Floyd County announce Team Up for Health, an initiative focused on improving the health and well-being of children and youth in the community through collaboration. As a key part of the Team Up for Health partnership, Harbin Clinic sponsors the YMCA’s team-based youth soccer and basketball programs.

Additionally, many of our doctors serve as team physicians for football, basketball, soccer, track and other middle and high school sports. Harbin Clinic Orthopedic physicians also serve as team doctors at Berry College.
