You’re invited to join us for Vascular Surgeon Dr. Frank Stegall, Jr.’s presentation on vascular health on Friday, Feb 23. Feel the beat at a Family Dance Class on Friday, Feb 23 and have a heart-to-heart workout at the Partner Yoga Class on Saturday, Feb 24. These events and classes are open to all!

Vascular Vitality: Navigating the Pathways to Complete Cardiovascular Health Breakfast

Join us for a special presentation with Harbin Clinic Vascular Surgeon Dr. Frank Stegall, Jr., to discover the secrets of maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system. In this discussion, you’ll learn about risk factors for vascular diseases such as hypertension, atherosclerosis and stroke, as well as practical tips on how to prevent and manage these conditions. Additionally, you will walk away with an understanding of how heart-healthy nutrition and exercise plays a key role in comprehensive vascular health. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from a passionate provider who will share their knowledge and answer your questions. A heart-healthy breakfast will be provided.
