ACCOUNT QUESTIONS & PAYMENT PLANS

Harbin Clinic representatives and financial counselors can answer questions about your account and set up payment plans. Our representatives are available by calling 762.235.1200 Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Please be aware you will receive a separate bill from the following specialists when their professional services are needed as part of your treatment:

  • Radiologists who view x-rays and imaging tests.  Harbin will bill you for the imaging service, and you will receive a separate bill from the radiologist for reading the image.
  • Pathologists who review your biopsies.
  • Anesthesiologists for procedures performed at Harbin Clinic that may require these services. One example would be colonoscopies performed in the Harbin Gastroenterology Lab.

 

QUESTIONS FOR YOUR INSURER

Follow this checklist before your appointment to help ensure a smooth billing process. The customer service number for your insurance carrier is located on the back of your insurance card.

  • Is my doctor’s visit covered completely by my insurance?
  • If not, how much will I be expected to pay?
  • If I need tests, will they be covered completely by my insurance?
  • If not, how much will I be expected to pay?
  • If I need a procedure, including surgery, how much will my insurance cover?
  • How much will I be expected to pay?
  • Will I need authorization or permission from my insurance plan before my health care visit with any type of doctor, including specialists?
