Walk with a Doc

Harbin Clinic physicians have teamed with the national Walk with a Doc program to encourage everyone to become more active and take steps toward health. 
The free program features monthly walks led by Harbin Clinic physicians where participants can not only get some great exercise but also have a chance to talk to a physician.
The American Heart Association says one of the best ways to get started walking is to walk with a group. Walking is a low-cost, easy way to get exercise. It doesn’t require special clothes, equipment or membership to a gym or club.
