At Harbin Clinic, infectious diseases consultations are generally made by physician referral. Self-referrals are accepted for persons with HIV, Hepatitis B or C, and those seeking preparation for foreign travel. With the exception of travel medicine, we request prior medical records be available at the time of appointments for all new patients. We accept Medicare and Medicaid along with private health plans. Our practice includes both inpatient and outpatient care.
We have special expertise in HIV, Hepatitis C and B, Common Variable Immunodeficiency, intravenous antibiotics, and travel medicine, but treat a wide variety of infectious diseases — both surgical and non-surgical. We place a premium on keeping people out of the hospital, and to that end provide a range of home and office infusion services through an on-site infusion center.
