I was scheduled for a procedure with a non-Harbin doctor who dropped the ball. Rather than risk my life, Dr. McDonald and his staff rescheduled my procedure and kept apologizing for something that was not their fault. Dr McDonald then followed up with the other doctor that dropped the ball to make sure it did not happen again. Truly professional and courteous staff!
