Our onsite Coumadin Management provides monitoring for patients who are on coumadin/warfarin blood thinners, and are referred by a Harbin physician.
Nurses educate you on the proper use of this medication and dietary restrictions. They regularly check your INR to make sure you are on the correct dose.
