Donation Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Harbin Clinic.  We believe that one way we can care completely for northwest Georgia is by supporting events, causes and groups that seek to improve our collective lives, especially in the areas of health and wellness. While we wish that we could donate money to and/or sponsor every worthy cause and organization in our community, there are just too many to count! As such, we will determine where and how to invest our annual sponsorship dollars based on the specific criteria outlined in this document.

Donation applications and proposals will be evaluated according to the following

The mission and values of the potential partner

ii.     Opportunity to serve the community, especially in the areas of health, wellness

iii.     Tangible benefits to Harbin Clinic

iv.     Ability to create cross-promotional activities

v.     Potential for long-term, sustainable partnerships and/or relationships

Interested organizations should fill out the Harbin Clinic Donation Form in full and submit it (along with any supporting materials) by the application deadline.

All applicants will be notified of their sponsorship status via email within 30 days.
