Seeking Oncology experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. Experience in office clinic or hospital level care is of equal merit with prior work history as a Certified Chemo Nurse a plus!
Must be Board Certified and licensed in the State of GA (or license eligible/pending).
Requires proven history of excellence in both the application of clinical knowledge/skills and ability to establish and maintain positive rapport with patients and colleagues.
Scope of practice includes:
- Office based clinic; seeing established patients; typical schedule is 14 to 16 patients per day, on average
- Full-time, M – F, 8 am to 6 pm; 9 hr clinic days with one day off each week
- Rotation of after hours call M – Th with other AP providers. Only responsible for covering call by phone, 5PM-8AM. (Does not include holidays).
- In exchange for covering an average of 4 days of call per month, will pay up to to $100 per month towards cell phone expenses. Any excess call will be paid according to Advocate Excess Call/Shift standards.
