Seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established Family Medicine team.
Experience preferred but open to new graduates with a history of clinical and professional excellence in past employments and clinical training.
- Office based practice with mix of acute visits, chronic disease management, Medicare wellness exams, women’s health, hospital follow-up exams, and sports physicals.
- FT, Mon – Fri, 8 am to 5 pm
- 40 hours week – 36 Patient Facing Hours/4 Hours Administrative time
