Full-time opportunity for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pulmonary team.

Schedule:

  • Office-based Clinic only
  • Monday – Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm;
    • reasonable flexibility to address OP access and quality of care goals of the practice

General Scope of duties:

  • Managing follow-up COPD/Asthma and exacerbations, chronic cough, dyspnea work-ups, work-ins, surgery clearance for established patients, etc.
  • Adult care – 18 yrs of age and above

Requirements:

  • Experience in Pulmonary office based practice preferred.
  • Open to new graduates with career-focused interest in Pulmonary Medicine;
    • exposure to pulmonary patient care in prior work or training experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care in pulmonary medicine and sleep center.
  • Utilize EMR systems to document patient information accurately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Stay updated on advancements in pulmonary medicine to enhance patient care practices.
