Opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established Family Medicine team. Experience is preferred but will consider new graduates with a history of clinical and professional excellence during clinical training.
- Office based practice to include well checks, acute sick visits, health maintenance, sports physicals, adult wellness exams, and follow up exams for chronic problems.
- Two week rotating schedule; First week – Mon thru Thurs, 8 am to 6 pm, Second week – Tues thru Fri, 8 am to 6 pm
Must be able to establish and maintain solid relationships with our patient community.
Ability to work within the scope of practice guidelines and appropriately direct patients for follow-up care as their healthcare needs dictate.
