Full-time opportunity for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our Spine & Pain Management team.

Requirements:

  • Board certified with active GA license (or license eligible) in good standing
  • Experience in Pain Management preferred; willing to train recent new graduates with serious interest in Pain Management specialty

Duties:

  • Follow-up patients for chronic pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, joint injections, and trigger point injections.
  • Patient population is 18 years and older.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; no call
