Opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established Primary Care team. Experience is preferred but will consider new graduates with a history of clinical and professional excellence during clinical training.
- Office based practice to include physical exams, chronic disease management, Medicare wellness exams, women’s health, follow-up exams, sports physicals, hospital follow ups, and sick visits.
- Must be open to see all ages though patient population is typically 15+
- Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; open to discuss scheduled hours
- Participates in an after-hours patient phone call rotation
Must be able to establish and maintain solid relationships with our patient community.
Ability to work within the scope of practice guidelines and appropriately direct patients for follow-up care as their healthcare needs dictate.
