NP or PA – Primary Care Cartersville – Family & Internal Medicine

Opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established Primary Care team.

Duties:

• Office based practice to include physical exams, chronic disease management, Medicare wellness exams, women’s health, follow-up exams, sports physicals, hospital follow ups, and sick visits.
• Must be open to see all ages though patient population is typically 15+
• Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; 40 hr/wk with 36 patient facing hours
• Participates in an after-hours patient phone call rotation

Requirements:

• Board Certified with GA License; active and in good standing
• Minimum 2 years experience in Primary Care setting (Family or Internal Medicine)
• Ability to establish and maintain solid relationships with our patient community.
