Opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established Primary Care team. Minimum two years experience in a busy Primary Care environment preferred.
- Office based practice to include physical exams, chronic disease management, Medicare wellness exams, women’s health, follow-up exams, sports physicals, hospital follow ups, and sick visits.
- Must be open to see all ages though patient population is typically 15+
- Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; 40 hr/wk with 36 patient facing hours
- Participates in an after-hours patient phone call rotation
Must be able to establish and maintain solid relationships with our patient community.
Ability to work within the scope of practice guidelines and appropriately direct patients for follow-up care as their healthcare needs dictate.
