Laura Bruton, FNP-C Participating in 2024 Cartersville Dances with the Stars

Harbin Clinic Family Medicine Cartersville’s Laura Bruton, FNP-C is getting ready to put on her dancing shoes and dance the night away at the 2024 Cartersville Dances with the Stars on March 2nd! Laura is thrilled to help raise funds for the Good Neighbor Homeless Shelter and Backpack Buddies program.

Laura and her husband, Eric, have been practicing regularly in preparation for the main event. While the details of their dance routine are under wraps for now, she promises that “this mash-up of a very well-known artist is fun, high-energy and exciting!”

When asked why she wanted to participate in Cartersville Dances with the Stars, Laura said, “This event benefits the Good Neighbor Homeless Shelter and Backpack Buddies program, which I personally believe are two great local organizations. I am so excited for the opportunity to help them raise funds to reach a larger service group.”

Laura is a family medicine nurse practitioner at Harbin Clinic Family Medicine Cartersville. Being able to serve others and help guide individuals to the betterment of their health are just a couple of the reasons Laura enjoys working in healthcare. For the past 10 years, Laura has lived in Bartow County, and she’s been at Harbin Clinic for 8 of those years. “This community is so generous and so giving of their resources for those who are less fortunate. That is such a blessing,” said Laura. “Our little town is growing quickly, but we still have a lot of those small-town values.” When she’s not at work, she loves spending time with her family and traveling.
