CARE Mural Community Paint Days: You’re Invited!
You’ve covered the patio with sidewalk chalk, made ice cream sundaes, and played 50 lawn games in the backyard … so now what? One of the hardest parts of summer is figuring out activities to keep your family occupied — and happy — without spending a fortune. Of course, this goes double for days when it’s too hot or too rainy to go outside. Well, worry no more, we’ve got just the answer!
Harbin Clinic, the YMCA of Rome and Floyd County, and the Rome Mural CoLab invite you and your family to participate in the community paint days for the CARE Mural.
Through artistic expression, the CARE Mural is a creative way to foster important and inclusive conversations about health and wellness, while also having fun!
The colorful and interactive mural will adorn the walls of the YMCA basketball gym and will be a motivating and energizing backdrop for athletes for years to come.
The community paint days are as follows:
•Tuesday, July 6: 1 pm-4 pm
•Saturday, July 10: 11 am-1:30 pm
•Tuesday, July 13: 1 pm -4 pm
•Thursday, July 15: 1 pm -4 pm
•Thursday, July 22: 1 pm -4 pm
•Saturday, July 24: 11 am-1:30 pm
•Tuesday, July 27: 11 am-1:30 pm
•Saturday, July 31: 11 am-1:30 pm
