On October 17th, community members, business leaders and medical professionals throughout Bartow County are invited to attend the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Business After Hours event celebrating the new Harbin Clinic medical building at 200 Gentilly Blvd.
Hosted in conjunction with the Cartersville-Bartow Chamber of Commerce, the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will begin at 5 p.m. and Business After Hours will run from 4 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Attendees will enjoy hors d'oeuvres, network and tour the new facility.
The newly constructed 34,000 square-foot building, located next to the Harbin Clinic location at 150 Gentilly Blvd., is home to the Women’s Center, Pediatrics and Gastroenterology specialties. Both Pediatrics and the Women’s Center suites relocated to the new building in August and are located on the second floor. Gastroenterology welcomed patients on the ground floor on October 7th.
Later this fall, Harbin Clinic will open the Endoscopy and GI Lab which will be located on the first floor. This state-of-the-art facility will feature cutting-edge technologies, allowing healthcare providers to screen, prevent and treat patients for gastrointestinal conditions.
“I’m looking forward to seeing my patients in our new suite,” says Gastroenterologist Dr. Riaz Gill. “This is a positive change that I know people will appreciate when they come to receive expert care at Harbin Clinic.”
Assistant Medical Director of Bartow County Dr. Maxwell Prempeh notes that with more space and expanded parking availability, the location creates a new level of convenience and comfort for patients.
“With all the growth in Cartersville community, Harbin Clinic’s expansion is a great opportunity to enhance patients’ healthcare experience,” says Dr. Prempeh. “Our medical team here is very excited about the new space, and we can’t wait for the community to come out and help us celebrate.”
“We at Harbin Clinic have embraced the community of Cartersville, and it in return has given us the opportunity to provide world class healthcare to the people of Bartow County,” says Harbin Clinic CEO Kenna Stock. “We are thrilled to grow alongside this flourishing area and look forward to even more expansions in the future.”
