Visitors from Calhoun and Gordon County were on hand on Thursday evening to celebrate the ribbon cutting at Harbin Clinic’s new Calhoun location.
Doctors, nurses, staff members and community members were present to participate in the ribbon-cutting ceremony, get tours of the new facility and take part in the Gordon County Chamber of Commerce’s Business After Hours Event.
“Harbin Clinic has been in Calhoun for more than 20 years, but this building is brand new,” Dr. Ken Howard told the crowd. “We’ve been a part of the community offering our services for a long time, and we will continue to offer those services. We appreciate the opportunity for the community to be able to come by and visit.”
“We’re looking forward to being able to continue to grow and add more options to help this great community,” Dr. Thomas Self said.
Located at 855 Curtis Parkway, the new office is a state-of-the-art, 15,000-square-foot building. Harbin Clinic Calhoun has been open since July and is the home of the family medicine, nephrology and cardiology practices.
