Harbin Clinic is pleased to announce the addition of Interventional Cardiologist Kipp Slicker, DO, to its growing medical team. Dr. Slicker joins the practice of Charles Baggett, MD, Rahul Garg, MD, Charles Jackson, MD, Christopher Merritt, MD, Hunter Myers, MD, Himanshu Patel, MD, Hector Picon, MD, Robert Styperek, MD and Michael Ware, MD, located at 504 Redmond Road in Rome.

Dr. Slicker specializes in minimally invasive procedures used to diagnose and treat coronary artery and peripheral arterial disease. These procedures use catheters, thin, flexible tubes, and imaging technology to place therapeutic devices and perform lifesaving treatments that would otherwise require open-heart surgery. Dr. Slicker has extensive experience diagnosing and treating a full range of coronary artery and peripheral vascular diseases, including coronary artery disease, coronary microvascular disease, peripheral arterial disease, heart valve disease and congenital heart diseases.

Dr. Slicker completed his undergraduate degree at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA, and received his Medical Doctorate at Oklahoma State University Health Science Center College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, OK. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency, Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Texas A&M University Health Science Center in Temple Texas. During his training, Dr. Slicker was named Fellow of the Year.
