Harbin Clinic Rheumatologist, Dr. Keith T. Rott, was recently recognized as a Certified Clinical Densitometrist. The International Society for Clinical Densitometry recognized Dr. Rott for demonstrating mastery of an approved body of knowledge in bone densitometry, a radiographic technique used to evaluate patients for osteoporosis.
Dr. Rott was also recently elected to the position of Membership Director by the Georgia Society of Rheumatology at their annual meeting in Savannah in June.
Dr. Rott received his Medical Doctorate degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a Fellowship in Rheumatology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He received his Doctorate degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Rott is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a certified Clinical Densitometrist. He joined Harbin Clinic in 2007.
