Call (706) 236-6392 or (888)HARBIN1 and ask for Urology. Appointments are by physician referral only, except vasectomy and vasovasectomy (reversal) patients. New patient appointments are usually given within 7-10 days.

After Hours/Emergencies

A Harbin Clinic urologist is almostalways on call. (Dr. Larry Formby provides call coverage on some weekends.) In case of an emergency after hours, call (706) 236-6392. Thepaging service will take a message and have the doctor return your call.
